Greetings and best wishes on St Barbara's Day 2010 to all ranks serving in the Royal Regiment of New Zealand Artillery, to those who have served in the Regiment, and to those who have lost loved ones who served the guns. Special greetings for those Gunners on operational service - we wish them well and a safe return home.
We should also pause and think of those who lost their lives at Pike River, and their families and colleagues - we share the same Patron Saint.
Wishing you all a very good Christmas and 2011.
I look forward to working with you all.
