John's Funeral Service is to be held at St Barnabas Anglican Church, corner
of Fendalton Road and Tui Street, Christchurch, on Tuesday, 2 November 2010,
at 1330hrs. Medals to be worn.
No flowers by request, but donations to the Cancer Society would be
appreciated.
John is survived by his widow, Alisoun, and his children, Robert, Allan and
Kate.
